We combine like minded professionals, artists and resources in order to create a good balance of right and left brain to coordinate the myriad of details to execute your event.  Our newly renovated 25,000 square foot design center is full of the most unique rentals in the southeast.  This location and team has allowed us to expand our coordination and design services to better serve and create value for our clients. We are veterans in the industry, have been innovators in the rentals and decor industry and with a wealth of knowledge to share, allowing you to maximize your budget.

Come by our design center and you'll immediately see and feel the difference. We are open Monday through Friday 10am to 5pm and Saturday by appointment.

Floral Artistry

Our full service floral department specializes in creative florals! We work directly with local and worldwide growers to obtain a distinct array of fresh materials and to be cost effective for our clients. Choose from a unique collection of vintage vessels or a vast variety of new glass vases to add an unexpected element to your arrangement. An extraordinary variety of flowers and foliage combined with a wonderful imagination assures a beautiful result. From breathtaking bridal bouquets to dazzling dining centerpieces, Out of Hand can design the florals of your dreams.

Rental Decor

Our rental warehouse is loaded with anything from antique leather sofas and dramatic outdoor tents to decorative table runners and elegant candlelit lanterns. No detail is too small when Ooh! Events is setting the stage. With hundreds of vintage, one of a kind, and modern decor elements, we are sure to have something to complement your personal style. Ooh! Events also carries all your party essentials from tables and chairs to stages, dance floors, and tents.

Venue Location Services

We can help you find the right location to complement your vision and fit your budget. We will help to outline the options, check the availability, set up appointments to visit venues and do a budget comparison. This research helps you to understand the requirements and budget impacts of your selections upfront.

Design Services

We offer a package to get you started with the design and budget management of your event. Once your venue is selected, we will meet you to best understand your wedding vision and inspirations gathered. We will then create a CAD drawing of the venue with your elements drawn in, which will be accompanied by a detailed excel spreadsheet; this will give you descriptions and pricing for each item.

Day of Assistance

We will meet with you 45 days prior to review copies of your vendor contracts and details you have already set in motion. We will create a detailed timeline, send it to all your vendors, and follow-up the week prior to make sure everyone is on the same page. We will meet with you to answer questions and review every detail of your day. We will run your rehearsal and be on-site all day to oversee set up, run the entire wedding and reception, and oversee clean up. Package details sent upon request.

Wedding Concierge

This package includes Design Services and Day of Assistance as well as vendor suggestions that meet your budget and give more upfront time to help you manage the details. Design services will be with one of our design consultants and include a CAD drawing when using our decor/rentals. We will also prepare proposals that accurately reflect your vision for all aspects of your wedding. We work upfront to give vendor recommendations. We take over the reigns and all vendor communications 60 days prior so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy. This package includes an assistant for your coordinator to ensure all details are carried out seamlessly. Package details sent upon request.

Design and Wedding Coordination

This package includes all aspects of Venue Location Services, Design Services, Day of Assistance and Wedding Concierge services. Design Services will be personally handled by owner Lisa Thomas, and an experienced coordinator who will recommend vendors. We will advise on room blocks and vendor contracts, and orchestrate regular meetings. Event management will include event preparation and running the entire event from the rehearsal to day-of, all with a professional team. 

Please note: There are specific properties that require this level of coordination and require our involvement in tastings and food and beverage management. We are required to follow their guidelines. Package details sent upon request.
